Where is my order?

Once your order has been fulfilled, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with a link to track your package directly with the carrier. Click that link to see the latest updates on your delivery.

How to find your tracking number

Your tracking number can be found in two places:

• Shipping confirmation email — Check your inbox (and spam folder) for an email from AMIRA with the subject “Your order is on its way.” It will include your tracking number and a direct link to the carrier’s tracking page.
• Order status page — Visit the order status link included in any of your order emails. Once your order is fulfilled, your tracking number and a carrier tracking link will appear there.
